I made the decision of not buying it even before I saw everything that was in the pack, out of principle.
But after seeing what is actually in it, even if I didn't have strong negative feelings towards the pack, I still wouldn't buy it.
CAS is ridiculous in my opinion and full of old items with new swatches.
CAP is full of silly outfits for pets that I would never use, many of which are also old ones with new swatches.
The obsession of matching your whole family's wardrobe including your pets is just an excuse to reuse patterns and textures over and over.
Build mode only has a pet door.
Buy mode is not interesting at all to me, plus there's not much in there. The fish tank table is not properly round and that bothers me a lot so I wouldn't be using it.
Gameplay is the best part of the pack (which is not very hard since is a very bad pack) but still not worth the money in my opinion since it also has its faults.
Putting aside my thoughts on EA's move with this, I wouldn't buy it still. I already regret buying a couple of the SPs *Luxury Party, I'm looking at you!* and still they were more fleshed out than this. So big fat NO from me.
Edit to say: and yes, I own C&D. In fact, I own every single DLC that has been released so far.
