If you live alone what happens to your house when you go uni?
What happens to the house and if you it's still yours how will you pay the rent?

I was wondering about the same thing myself, as I've got an orphaned Teen living alone with two dogs and I realized I'll need to create/download another Sim and have him/her/them live at the house while my main Sim if off to college once she ages up. But I guess it's reasonable that the house is up for sale, considering pretty much the same thing happens in real life for those who don't live with their parents and stuff. I can't wait to have the pack in my hands, only a few more days now!
