I'm wondering
Has anyone built a town from scratch? I think newcrest has empty lots. Did you all like place your own hospitals/homes/clubs/bars?

I've considered doing Newcrest but I'm just lazy and I haven't seen any save files focused around bringing it to life so I never use it
