Impossible to invite vampires to hang out

All the time.

Sometimes they travel with me, then bail... had a date fail a few times before I said screw it and just stayed in FH...

But I definitely think the evening hours need clarified or tweaked. My sims are burning up at 3am, and I feel like until at least 5/6 should still count as dark enough...

You gasically just have a tiny time window to invite them over between 6pm and 11pm more or less. I hope they fix this.

So in the midnight I just let my sim visit their house instead of calling them to come.
For vampires who are not in the world, I let my sim create a club and add them in. Then start gathering.
I hope this issue can be fixed by tomorrow's patch.

The club thing is a good plan of action, thanks for the idea!
As for the visiting them instead, it's just that more often than not I don't feel like going through loading screens just to interact with some sim.

No vampires should be sleeping at night. It's really difficult to train your offspring when they sleep at night and burn during the day.

Why is this still a thing a year later? Before I get the "Don't necro speech." tell EA/Maxis to fix their stuff so old posts don't have to be brought to the forefront AGAIN! It is that simple. Things like this should not be a thing at all for as old as this game is. Again I'll say it, EA/Maxis need some "not so friendly" competition because competition might wake them up!
