Optimism is good and encouragement motivates more than complaints but I'm too much of a realist to think that Sims 4 will become anywhere close to its predecessors. The core design is just missing too many elements that can't be added in without major fixes. That's not going to happen because for that much work, they might as well make a new sims game.
