I'm at a point now where I'm less concerned about the real world inspiration for new worlds. I'm more interested in how well they're done. I will say as an American I'm more interested in worlds based on places other than here. But quality comes before location. For me Chestnut Ridge, Cuidad Enamorada, and Ravenwood are among the best worlds we've gotten so far. Henford belongs on that list too. I'd rather get just one new world a year if it means they're as beautifully done as those are. Wherever they're based on.
An African world would be nice, not just because of the aesthetics but the gameplay that would hopefully come with such a world. Not sure how I would feel about one world a year because, no matter how beautifully done, it might not suit my gameplay. I like that we can choose from quite a lot of different worlds with different climates and feel to them.
