Yes, that boss is a horrible boss. Once they wanted my sim to feed herself to the cowplant as well, and she was pregnant. Since my sim was pregnant, the option was greyed out, and my sim couldn't do it. Needless to say, the boss was not happy about it, but that never came up again.
Hey were can a sim go to sue their boss, or their family sues the boss for the death of a loved one? I know. We need Sim's Court and sue the pants off those horrible bosses. ;)
