The only thing I would like to see is adult sims putting nappies in the nearby bin, instead of throwing them on the floor. I've dragged and dropped so many of those things in the last few days, and they're not easy to spot on certain rugs.
There is a changing table with a bin in buy mode. It does exactly that. I never pick up nappies lol
