Interactions That Should Carry Over From City Living

You know how sims would come out of their apartments and check their mail or take out the trash. Can we get that for regular neighborhoods? It would just add to the neighborhoods feeling more alive. Stuff placed outside their homes would be interactive. You should be able to knock on their door to annoy them for a change so they can come out and interact with you.
