Inventory Access

Is anyone else unable to access their sims' inventory? I've repaired, updated, exited, reloaded my game and Origin and even moved lots, but it won't allow me to access anything in there, telling me that my sim isn't there when she is. What else can be done? Thanks!

Do you use any mods/CC? If you do, remove the folder completely and try to start the game without them. If problem persist, try reporting it on Answers HQ.

I'd recommend going to AHQ as SelinaKyles said, it's your best bet to see if someone else has a solution and if not at least log the bug. I'll link to The The Sims 4 AHQ.

I'm going to close this off as it's best to keep it all on AHQ as we no longer have bug reporting/help on this forum.
