'Invite to stay the night' Option...

Hey guys,
Im just wondering if anyone has been getting the option to invite someone to stay the night. I've been trying to asked a friend around yet the option isn't coming up. Have they changed the system or something all my friend relationships are right to the highest mark.

    I've been working on modifying 'Municipal Muses' museum into a more active place. Mainly for panting with inspirational stuff around. The club thing? That's perfect! I didn't think of that. Turn it into a painter's club hangout. I suppose I could put beds in somewhere, or everyone would sleep on the couches, heh!
