Is Adding New Underwear too Mature for Sims 4?

Do teens not wear underwear? Besides, there are already some pretty racy selections in there, including ones that are pretty much see-through.

As an aside, none of my Sims get underwear, except for the ones who are wearing it out in public with no bottoms over them lol
