Saw the bug report on AHQ a couple of days ago, but haven’t added to it yet as the issue I’ve been getting with sack lunches since the update is a bit different.
What’s been happening in my game is that my sims will make two of the basic sack lunches in the evening and then in the morning when I drag them to the kid’s inventories, they’ll just disappear or to be precise become invisible inside their inventories. It threw me off at first so if the kids’ hunger meters were in the yellow, I’d let them have breakfast (I usually skip their breakfast because I find the moodlet from the sack lunch rather sweet), but when they returned from high/school, the sack lunches were there in their inventories visible again and uneaten since they hadn’t been hungry due to having had breakfast.
However, what I’ve also noticed is that this doesn’t happen immediately after I’ve opened up a save. It starts happening after I’ve played for a while and if I save and exit and go back in, things will be back to “normal” - well, at least for the sack lunches (and the kids suddenly returning from high/school on their own), but many of the annoying little “tweaks” or issues brought on by the latest update will still be there.
