@Elliandre, this isn't the first time doing a bulldoze to fix issues, that is quite true. But it's kind of a pain in the beehive, at least imo, because there's always something I forgot to save to a sim's inventory which gets destroyed by moving a lot into the Tray/Gallery.
Like for this apartment bulldoze...which I decided to go through with rather than reload, seeing as it did fix the issue, I ended up losing 3 graduation photographs, which I forgot to remove from walls. Plus of course all of the upgrades I had made to everything over 3 generations with the Handiness skill.
Small price to pay though to have the issue fixed. There's a sim living in the apartment now who has the "Tinkerer" trait, so replacing all the upgrades won't be a big deal and I guess I'll just suck it up having lost the graduation photos. I'm going to play for a while and see if the 'fix' sticks, and if it does, I will do the same thing to my other lots that have the same issue.
