Is anyone else often annoyed by the game's animations?

There is no mod...I get annoyed with some of the overly childish animations too. One of the reasons why I prefer TS3 and TS2. It's really obnoxious to see the sims over gesticulate when having a normal conversation. And let's not talk about the woohoo fist bump.
