Exactly how I feel....it's incredibly unrealistic. Even 5 star chefs on cooking TV shows don't throw bowls in the air and rotate them like basket balls, or juggle knives when cutting things, it's a waste of time and quite dangerous. Unless you're cooking in front of people's tables in those showy type restaurants no proper chef would do that.
