Is gardening wonky?
Since the seasons patch and installing the expansion I have noticed that plants that are not on home lots or in the vicinity of it (in the area where you don't have to zone into that is) do not regrow their produce and are harvestable. For instance, in areas like the Science Center where the scientists work; the plants there do NOT produce any produce. And I have been going to work with my scientist for several days and I have even sent him alone in between. I could harvest that very first day but no harvest at all since then. And I don't mean the plants that are outside and out of seasons. I know they are not supposed to produce produce, the plants I mean are those that are inside.
At home, those that are in seasons and outside and those that are inside both on balcony and inside the greenhouse, produce just fine and are harvestable almost every day. But not at work. And I also have noticed that plants that are in areas that are visited occasionally do not always reproduce their produce.
Is this an intended feature or a bug? I have removed all my mods and custom careers, all my CC, removed that thumbnailcache file, emptied out the cache folders and done a repair. Is anyone else experiencing this or am I plumbed up the creek?
I also have problems with my Sims not having the ability to evolve their plants and they are at enough skill level to be able to do so.
