Is it available to be invited into the secret lots from unplayed sims?

Question

Hi I heard, in other simmers' game, active sim gets the message for hanging out together, then the sim moved into the sylvan glade or forgotten grotto for meeting up the unplayed sim. Weird thing is that all the sims there in secret lots feel nausea and keep vomiting. Is it possible to be happened without any mods? I've never experienced this since 2014.

I only got invites from random sims to secret lots when I had the slice of life installed, so I assumed that is why I got a random message to go to Six A.M. with some random sim and hasn't happened since I removed it.
