Is it just me, or is it always the same group of sims at the hospital?

I have noticed the same patients too. In fact, Mortimer Goth was one of the sick sims on my doctor's House Call, and then when he returned to the hospital, Mortimer was there sick again.

We need some variety. It's also frustrating because if you have the "Greet 3 Patients" task, it only works if you can introduce yourself to them. If you know all of the patients at the hospital, you can't fulfill this task because you've already introduced yourself at a previous time. We need another social interaction that fulfills this task.
