Is it just me, or is it always the same group of sims at the hospital?

When I'm playing the doctor career it's always the same 15 sims or so getting sick. The majority of sims in my neighborhood have never been to the hospital even once, but the same group of sims seem t...

This. It doesn't matter what I do. It's everywhere the same old people. This really isn't helping with the extremly linear and repetitive tasks at all. :/ The Sims 4 is in fact like I wrote months before: Groundhog Day the game.
