Not that kind of triangle. Just about the second you flirt with a sim you get a romantic relationship. Just the other day my sim was in a bar, I was watching someone elses interaction and wasn't paying attention to my sim. She decided to introduce herself using the enchanting introduction. She instintly got a romantic relationship with the sim.
