Is It Possible to Have More Units To Be Rented to Tenants?
The maximum number of units that can be rented for tenants is six (6) but I wanted to rent out ten (10) units. Is it not possible to do this?

There is a cheat.
Some simmers believe this cheat can increase the chance of file corruption. Be sure to back up your game and use at your own risk
The cheats require testingcheats to be enabled first, by typing
testingcheats on
Then the cheat itself :
bb.increaserentalunitcap off
The cheat removes the rental unit cap on a lot, allowing you to make more than 6 units in 1 Residential Rental. Note that the global limit of 99 rental units in one save file does still apply
