Is It Possible to Have More Units To Be Rented to Tenants?
The maximum number of units that can be rented for tenants is six (6) but I wanted to rent out ten (10) units. Is it not possible to do this?

I wonder if you convert all the space to "shared" first after evicting everyone, then changing the venue to generic then residential?
As for the more than 6 households on one lot? I think that's getting a bit greedy lol! I was amazed when Maxis did make an apartments pack and didn't wait for it to go on sale.
I've been testing it myself and so far have no problems. (Other than the build-mode conflict after the lot is 'finished' then deciding to add or change stuff like adding another floor.)
Funny thing is I've actually made one, the BFF's one into each bedroom is an 'apartment', but the rest is all shared. Kitchen, living-room, bathrooms, everything is shared. It's 4 apartments technically.
