Is it possible to uninstall the infants update?

There are essential parts to the game that I really like that are now broken such as male sim PFA and I really don't see how infants has added to the game other than just having them run around. I've ...

Thanks for clarifying. PFA ist just iconic since TS2. I'm so sorry that it's currently broken.
