Move Joey out and see where the game takes him. I don't know anything about his aspiration, or his traits but I'd capitalize on what he has in terms of a full or part-time career or maybe even side jobs. Does he have hobbies? Does he collect anything? Does he have friends of his own? He could be an interesting Sim to play. Should you create a partner for him to hook up with? Yes, if it suits your playstyle. I think Aaron should move out too.
