Is it worth hanging in high school just to see the graduation?

All of my sims' kids are so smart by the time they get to high school that the teachers usually tell them the first day that they don't need to come back.  They are making the other kids look dumb I guess.  They are polite enough not to say that.  So anyway I have never seen a child actually graduate.  Is there a ceremony or just a rabbithole kind of thing like in University?

Sometimes your Sim will be named Valedictorian, but really, once you've seen graduation, you can skip it.

  • Good to hear I haven't been missing much.  I just usually take the offer and my teens stay home and run a business.  If only real life was so simple.

Not worth it, it’s super buggy. Although sometimes I will stage like a lil graduation photo for my sims and then have a wee family BBQ, good excuse to interact with everyone but wouldn’t bother with the actual graduation, it rarely works

  • It's an actual ceremony with gowns and parents coming to see the event and principal holding speeches, when it works that is. It's buggy.
