I would say honestly, no. I was in love with Tartosa, now I’m barely there. There is nothing to do and shops close at 6-7 pm! That’s the time when my sims hit the town. The fountain is buggy and sims can even sit together to make out although the bench is huge. Another thing is the wedding itself. I miss base game weddings. The only reason why I keep this pack is because of slow dancing.
Also when yours sims are getting engaged they wedding conversations take over the wheel. You will have to plough through it to get to normal stuff. If you are super into parties and slow dancing is your thing, then get it. I don’t hate it or anything. I was just disappointed about the whole pack.
Edit: I wanted to clarify that weddings are clunky at best, reactions sometimes take ages. Comparing to this, base game wedding was a fire party, really. At least after patch guests sit and the reaction is positive, not some weird grimaces like they dislike my sims. Slow dancing which I like is also a mixed bag, sometimes they will just stop and the whole thing takes few seconds. Animations during dancing not always work. It’s just very, very unpredictable.
