is the library directly connected to your pc/game?

i had an old laptop that i was playing sims 4 on, i uploaded many sims / homes that i loved to the gallery for protection. Well that laptop crapped out on me and i got a new one..only to find my galle...

I don't know if you use custom content, but in case you do you would have to have the box to include custom content checked under the advanced options in order to actually see your Sims on the gallery- otherwise they wouldn't show up. If you don't use custom content, feel free to ignore this, but I figured I should suggest it.
