Is the Summon Urban Myth interaction glitched/not available for YA and up?

Hmm... I'll write what I understand.

This is one of teen pranks, which can be done by teens.

However, should a teen reach level 10 in mischief skill before they become a young adult, they'll receive a special trait (Authentic Prankster), which allows them to keep doing those teen pranks even after they become adults.

Summoning the Urban Myth requires level 8 in Mischief skill, so 2 levels more and they unlock the ability to do teen pranks as an adult.
