Is there a cheat to allow a disabled lot trait?
So I really want to make a cat cafe using the restaurant lot type, however the lot type disables before cat friendly and cat hangout... is there any cheat to allow for these traits?

I know you can access the cat friendly traits on the rental units in the vacation worlds. Maybe build something in one of those worlds, give the lot the traits you want and save the lot to your library. You can place that lot in any world & it will retain the traits from your original build. I revised some lots in both vacation worlds (residential units), adding Cat Friendly to a unit in each vacation spot. I don't know if it would be the same for a cafe type lot though.
