Is there a cheat to make a pregnant sim give birth?
My Sim has had her first trimester but I want her to have her baby now. Is there a cheat to make her give birth?

The easiest way would be to use MC Command Center (if you use mods) it comes with an entire section for pregnancy and with one click, you can change the trimester or send your sim into labor instantly. You can also pause the pregnancy or delete it if you change your mind or something, lol.
