Sims are frequently using their phones during interactions. You get sims to go on a date to a restaurant, the romance is ruined because they keep using their phones... This also happens when they are dancing, talking, and I'm sure there are many more situations where this is happening. I created a post at the EA bug forum. Feel free to leave feedback there if you are experiencing this. Please also remember to click the "Me Too" button to also let them know you are experiencing this.
