Is there a HSY bug thread

I wrote in the help center about an issue I'm having with the new pack

There's no script/ text on any button related to this pack. So for instance I can click on buy food at the thrift shop but I only get a picture icon and no text describing it. The same goes for the social bunny app, the buttons are there without text. I can't do anything because there's no text with any prompt related to this pack.

But my post is now missing and I can't find it so is this a known issue? Is there a place to report the pack issues and I missed it?

If so, where and also my build mode is all listed as debug for HSY bb items. I can't play this if I don't know what the prompt says, what the goals are and such.

    Hello.

    I am having some pretty strange issues since the launch of HSY.

    My personal Sims family (that I've had since the beginning) Lost all of their relationship connections.
    (to preface, I have this option unchecked on my stories tab) One of my married couples has a magical baby - that just showed up in without any relations to the people in the house - and now I can't get rid of it either. I tried a few deleting/debugging options, but it keeps coming back as a baby when I reload into the game. When I try to age it up, they won't put the toddler down and become stuck.
    When I launch a household, everyone in the house comes home from work/school and I can't send them back.
    The Fears/Desires are on auto-fire. Just when I finally get rid of one, it just comes right back. This is on multiple households.

    Any advice would be great,
