Is there a list of what lot types spawn what NPCs?

Most lot types, your sims have to pay to hire NPCs to staff objects on community lots, with exception of some specific objects for specific lot types. Like, I know bars spawn bartenders on bar/club...

I might change this up now that we have the Spa Day refresh, but I typically plop an Instructor Yoga mat and a few other mats in a park because those WILL spawn instructors.

In addition to everything listed above, a restaurant will spawn 1 Bartender per lot so long as you have a bar.
