I have several LGBT sims, and I do have a Pride holiday early in the summer, but I don't have a specific location for it. That pride pavilion from the gallery looked great, but I haven't really felt like I have a need (or the empty space) for it. Mostly my sims just spend the day at their favorite park with their friends and families, grilling out, drinking cold drinks, dancing, and telling stories. (But then most of my holidays have the "telling stories" activity; for me, it's not a holiday without reminiscing about the past.)
