Is there a resource that lists items that give new gameplay in each pack?

You don't usually breakdown of gameplay items in packs unless it's through Early Access and what others posts.

I tend to be looking at build/buy overview from Game Changers and sometimes see items that sometimes aren't broadcasted as certain main features of a pack to have gameplay or websites like Sims Community, that usually have a break down of items in packs and gameplay features.
