Is there a smart way to locate a sim's gravestone?

A sim died from old age, but when I enter the household I can't find the gravestone or urn. Do sims die on community lots or when visiting other houses on free will? Or do they always die on their hom...

Same thing for me I checked the household inventory but didn't see it. Maybe it's because I moved a sim into their house before I checked.

Thanks for the mod because I've had this problem for a long time.
