Like to add that in another household something similar happened. I could not find the urn/grave. Then one night the dead sim's ghost appeared, and I kept my eyes on him until dawn. I saw approximately where he jumped into his urn, but the urn was still not seen. I wonder if that urn was stuck between floors?
For the household referred to in this thread, I've not seen the ghost on the home lot. So guess I'll need to look around town. And will check that mod, too.
