Is there a trick to get customers to buy things? - lock please-

What I have found out is that high Charisma skill really helps you out here.
My sim had maxed out her charisma and every sales interactions always succeeded. Other important thing is your sim's and the target sim's emotions. If both sims are unhappy, no sales interaction will work. At least ring up time is now much shorter than it was before...
