Is there a way a sim can pass leadership of a club off to another?

The family I'm playing has a club, just with family remembers and their spouses in it. The father has just aged up to elder, and I would like for him to pass leadership to his eldest son. Is there a...

Thank you. That option hasn't appeared yet, so I wondered how many it's going to take. :) ETA: Mrs. Pancakes is the leader of this group and she is elderly and doesn't even show up, lol. I want my Sim to be leader so I can change the rules.
