Is there a way to get rid of plumbobs without using the headlineeffects off cheat?

I take a lot of pictures while I'm playing so I don't like having plumbobs visible, but I do like being able to see all the other things the headline effects cheat hides so I have to keep swapping back and forth & it's kind of annoying.

I'm fine with using mods if there's one floating around out there.
