Is there a way to get the mixology license?

Hi I heard if you take 11 classes of mixology skill from the rabithole univ building and it will give the license. I also clicked it but there was no mixology on the skill class list as my sim's mixology skill is 10. Is there other way to get it? Or should I put his skill down by cheat and have him take the class? Will it help? :D

    as of now any skill class should help getting a mixology certificate (due to a bug)

    Oh...good news! :D I'm actually taking a media skill class at the moment. I can expect from it. :D

    I have had it randomly given to my sims.

    I think it always happened by going to listen a lecture (I don't remember what this action is called in english version) to one of those university buildings. No one of those sims had mixology skill or anything to do with it, so it was kind of odd. I think it was Law or Education topics that those lectures were about.

    I don't think it was intented that way, so it's probably a bug.
