Is there a way to get the mixology license?

I have had it randomly given to my sims.
I think it always happened by going to listen a lecture (I don't remember what this action is called in english version) to one of those university buildings. No one of those sims had mixology skill or anything to do with it, so it was kind of odd. I think it was Law or Education topics that those lectures were about.
I don't think it was intented that way, so it's probably a bug.
