Is there a way to set make sims look as good ingame as CAS?

In CAS sims have so much detail but when you go into game mode they lose all of it... I have everything set to ultra (because it auto defaulted that way so I'm assuming it's not my graphics card) I'...

Maybe you could work with the graphics card or monitor color/lighting settings just for the game and make a profile. I've done that before.
