Is there a way to temporarily disable DLC without uninstalling it?

Where I am trying to figure out the "Story Mode" quiz I want to be sure I know what all the base game questions and such are for since I know everyone won't have DLC that is included in the quiz. If I did it as it is now it would only be for everyone who had the same DLC that I do (which at this point is all of the packs that are currently out) and if I am somehow able to make a guide I would want it to work for players who don't have DLC as well.

Yup, you totally can disable packs without having to uninstall. Follow that link for Crinricts guide Kita posted or you can use James Turners (The Sim Supply) easy tool here: https://jamesturner.yt/disablepacks

edit: He goes over how to use it in this video @ 1:50

That's good, it will make things easier for me lol. I have figured out how to get the occult sims and that the order the questions are answered in does matter due to some sort of what I think it a point system. Like an answer get be a +1 for unflirty/-1Romantic but if you get more romance based ones that are positive you will get romantic because it has the higher "score"
Aspirations don't seem to work on the point system since I had multiple questions pointing towards one Aspiration but ended up with a different one despite only answering one question relating to it. I don't think there is a way to get 100% what you would want but there is a chance you could get a good portion of what you want.
