Is there an Eco Lifestyle cheat to spawn trash in a regular neighborhood?

Question in the title. I'm looking to spawn trash in Willow Creek in an industrial neighborhood. The neighborhood looks smoggy, but other than that, the roads are clean all the plants are still alive and the grass is green. Is there a way to change this? I never really played with the eco stuff so I have no idea how it works. I found cheats to make everything better, but I want to make it worse.

    As much as I've played in Willow Creek, I have not found effects apart from smog. I don't think they put code for this. Au revoir.

    No. Sadly the trash is exclusive to Evergreen Harbor. :disappointed:

    You could put some debug trash on some of your lots and I think if you give them a landfill lot trait it may generate trash on that lot, not sure though. It’s easy to find debug trash on the gallery.

    To add to SheriSim's comment, I wonder if the T.O.O.L mod would help with placing the debug trash outside the boundaries of the lot. I've never used that mod, but I've seen some the things you can do with it.

    I hadn't considered it, but that's a very good idea. Only thing...once it's placed off the lot, can you go back and pick it up again to remove it? I've never tried that before.

    If you use t.o.o.l mod you can download trash from the gallery by searching rooms and type in trash.
    Then use the tool mod to put the trash whenever you want outside of the lots. I trashed oasis springs ??? i love apocalyptic looking worlds.

    And for community lots you can use the landfill lot trait to make it a dump.

    I was able to get trash there by using TOOL. It can also be removed and it's easy to do now, too, since you can use TOOL in build mode. So here's a pic of the street with trash all along the curbs.
