Is there any gameplay value to a museum?

This has to be my least placed venue.. Although my Sister visits them often as she has downloaded lots that utilize it.. They really could be used to build your best garden and place to seek peace and solitude to gain great inspiration..

And if your not getting inspired at the museum either 1 of two things.. your Museum doesn't have enough inspiring influences or your Sim is a great outdoors person.
