Is there *ANY* way of turning Patchy the Scarecrow into a real Sim?

What the title says, LOL

I'm looking at you, those who own the new Magic GP! Or, if there's some other way, then anyone who knows it!?!

I'm playing a sort of legacy, and given the circumstances, he'd be absolutely perfect for my Sim Founder!

Please, please, someone tell me there's a way to turn him into a REAL boy! Err, Sim. LOL!

    No problem. Glad to have helped and Youtube and Twitch can be great visuals of how to help in the Sims. I love the platforms. It helps a lot with learning secrets on how to play the Sims 4 and other things.
