So sad... Brietchester is a beautiful world but it makes so hard to revamp it...

Do you mean the rabbithole buildings? If you have the TOOL mod you can move those into a playable lot and then delete them from build/buy, but if you mean the non clickable buildings then you can't do anything about those

I mean the dorm shells...

In the newer school I did take one of the dorms and added a second story on to it, to put other object rooms in the dorm.
