Is there any way to have quiet neighbours in apartments?
I've only ever played apartments once but wanna try again. Back then my sims had a bad relationship with the neighbours. Does a good one make them quiet?

Even if you have a good relationship with your neighbors, they'll get noisy on you whenever you fail to let them in when they knock on your door. That offends them, and they make you pay for it. (Unless, of course, you're in the apt. w/the quiet trait, as you mentioned you are!)
